It is a smooth writing ballpoint and is part of the Just Write Ink Italian Inspired Collection. The pen operates with a single twist where the grip meets the barrel which houses a standard Parker-style refill which is available at any stationery store. This pen comes complete in a custom-made leather gift box and a card signed by the pen's creator to make the perfect presentation.
