Guarantee

Just Write Ink is proud to offer a lifetime guarantee on it's handcrafted, custom-made products.  If your product ever gets broken due to normal use, Just Write Ink will fix it or replace it without charge (shipping to Just Write Ink will be the purchaser's responsibility). Please note that some of the materials used in the creation of the pens are unique and may not be available in the future.  Just Write Ink will strive to ensure you will receive the same, or similar product to the best of our ability.

Shipping

Shipping will be applied based on location at the check out point.  Taxes and duties will vary depending on the country the product is being shipped to.  All orders will be mailed out within 10 days, and will be covered by the applicable insurance.  Notifications of shipping details will be sent by email.  Please ensure to double check your shipping address to ensure it is correct as Just Write Ink will not be responsible for orders mailed to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it for a credit, please notify Just Write Ink within 7 days of receiving the product, outlining the reason and we will be happy to do so.  The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.  For any damaged items due to shipping, you must notify Just Write Ink within 5 days of receiving your shipment and we will gladly arrange for a newly created product to be mailed out to you as quickly as possible at Just Write Ink's cost.
